As we express our gratitude during this Thanksgiving Holiday it is important to take note and begin to live the words we speak.  Acknowledge during this time the things to be grateful for and then begin to practice living with appreciation daily.  Take note every morning and every evening before you retire some of the things in your day that need to be acknowledged with gratitude.  This a sure fire way to multiply the goodness in your life.  It presents you with a mind focused on what brings you joy and happiness and in living, what you seek is what you get.  When we live the gratitude we speak it multiplys and impermeates all of our life tasks.  If you are truly grateful for the blessing in your life live with appreciation daily.</description>

But understand that unless you look inside you will never realize that you have not created your misery, pain or mistakes.  You will never discover that you have been following the direction of your past influences that have placed fear, judgement and consequences upon you. Have the courage to let go of the past and embrace now.  Learning about where your emotions and behavior stem from give you the opportunity to discard things about you that are not true in the present moment.  It allows you to view life from a new perspective. Have the courage to uncover the layers of influence that have hidden your beauty and your gifts.  Have courage to leave the past behind and Embrace the present you.</description>

Look for your personal successes to build upon.  Explore the things that dont work only if they appear in reoccuring patterns creating negative consequences.  Experience is the knowledge we gain to know better the next time. Only live with regret if you are determined to live in the past.</description>

We cant see them because they unfold with the completion of our everyday doing. So everyday focus your best effort on what task has been placed in your hands.  Give each effort your all.  Complete your daily work with grace and gratitude.  Dreaming of the end goal is your inspirational motivation. This is not only accepting a piece of who they are and making the world we all live in a better place it is accepting and valuing a piece of who you are which makes the world you live in a better place too.</description>

going to happen we will behave and respond accordingly bringing the perception to life. If you walk into a room feeling akward and isolated it will become a fact that you will stand in a corner and watch people interact around you.  If you go in to a room and believe that everyone in there is friendly and wanting to learn about you that too will be the case.  So what comes first is the thought before the reality.  Think then act.  The only trick to that is thinking with you heart and believing in yourself to know that your thoughts are what is true.</description>

Finding your passion is connecting with what you already know in your heart.  Your true passion is what you are doing when you feel joy. Your passion is expressed without effort.  Do you find yourself thinking about cooking, fashion or cars?  Do you teach, craft, or care for others without thinking about it?  Your effortless thoughts and actions describe what is in your heart which in turn describes your passion.  Dont judge or question what you are drawn to, accept it as who you are, cultivate it, express it, share it with others because what you are drawn to, your passion, is your gift to the rest of the world.</description>

Imagine you are living your most precious dream at this very moment and your imagination will become your reality.  Your history is to be written down and read like a storybook of the past make your imagination be the signposts of your daily living.
