Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right.
Our thoughts are a funny thing they will determine how we view the power and control we have in our life. If you determine that you have no recourse in a situation that is how you will act. If you think you can do anything you set your mind to your life actions will follow that path also. Your thoughts of whether you are in control or powerless allow you to live a life of dreams or they will keep you as a dreamer.
What have you been thinking about doing for some time that you have not done? Today you are to start that task. Write it down. Now think of this act as being completed. What did you have to do? Work backwards from the end goal. State the small steps it took to completion. Now, today start the steps to get it done. All the while keep repeating to yourself “I can do anything”.
