How we think controls so much of our life. What we think controls even more. Everything around us is attached to our thought. What we think about is attached to our emotions and our emotions lead to our actions.
Consciously think happy thoughts today and consciously smile when you encounter different events. Connect your behavior to your thoughts. By doing this you help develop an unconscious cycle of thoughts and behavior in a positive direction. This effort will help develop a habit of a positive life perspective and help you to engage both your thoughts and your behavior at will to support you.
