Don't let what you can't do stop you from doing what you can.
Sometimes looking at the big picture becomes overwhelming. Out mind goes to “OMG this is too much” and our emotional response is anxiety. All of this will lead you to a place of stopping or feeling stuck. But remember you are never stuck. You just need to scale things down to a manageable level. That will make your breathe come back to you and your feet start moving again.
Today work on the small stuff. Do the things you know you can accomplish. Do them one at a time and off the list they go. Remember all big things are made up of little things. Then tell yourself “good job” after each completed task.
