Fear of change and comfort in the habitual makes you shy away from acting in a different manner. Anxiety is real and it is a fear based emotion. So when you think about doing something different your whole body and mind will react. Think past the initial response to what you are trying to accomplish then jump. The only way to move past the uncomfortable feeling is to do what you are afraid of.
Face your fears today. What is the scary thought or action that is holding you back from moving forward? If you have thought about what you want to do and are not doing it, take a deep breath then jump into action. Don’t get stuck in the replay mode. It only increases the doubt, anxiety and retreat into what is comfortable. Even if what is comfortable is no good for you. You got this. Just do it.
