Stop complaining about the day, focus on what is working.
It is easy to get caught in the cycle of fixing or focusing on the deficits of the day. But instead focus on what is working so you can continue to grow from a place of strength instead of feeling like you are in constant struggle.
Remind yourself of the accomplished steps you have made and continue to move forward from there. Write down dates, and specific information daily to keep yourself moving forward and to maintain this flow. Work every day to make sure you are achieving forward momentum instead of fixing what happened in the past.
