Do not be distracted by the daily noise. Keep focused on the positive you.
Sustain your best self by placing your daily focus on your goals. Do not allow yourself to be dragged into things or events that create a distraction. Keep your attention toward your forward movement and the current distraction will fade.
Do something that maintains your goal(s) today and every day. If something during the day brings an interruption to your conviction or belief that your goal is achievable dismiss it by remembering or doing something that has created results in the past. Maintain your momentum by understanding that days are filled with ebb and flow and the positive you will shine through when it is on repeat.
