Instead of saying “I can’t” ask yourself “what can I do” to create the solution.
Stop repeating “I can’t” and starting thinking “what am I doing” or “what can I do” to change what is creating the current stress or difficult situation. Every day place your focus on the solution to direct tomorrows living. The solution will allow you to maintain control over your life and your future.
Pay attention today to the times you tell yourself you cannot do something. Why are you telling yourself that? Note what is happening and why you feel like you have no power over what is occurring. Then take a deep breathe and think of every possible solution to change what you can’t do. Do not dismiss anything, every thought counts until you find one that works. Apply the possible and be in control.
