Know your expectations.
Expectations set the bar for your actions. If you believe and expect that nothing will happen then your efforts will follow. Set your expectations to achieve what you believe to be true about yourself. Always strive to the highest mark and accept with grace and gratitude the accomplishments reached along the way. Make sure your personal expectations are high enough to keep you striving and realistic enough to make your proud.
What are your self-expectations? Are they high enough that you can divide into steps to reach? Take some time today to evaluate what your beliefs about yourself are and what you believe you are capable of achieving. Set a goal that you never thought yourself capable of and break it into little self- expectations to reach it.
